Policy Regarding the Waiver of Publication Fees
The articles published in the Journal of Engineering Research and Application are freely available online to anyone interested in reading them. Access to the full texts of the articles in this journal is free for anybody who wants to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to them.
Editor
For any submitted article in which the Editor/Associate Editor/Guest Editor is directly involved as a Principal Author and/or in case of any article recommended by an Editor/Associate Editor /Guest Editor, the Editorial Selection Committee of the Journal of Engineering Research and Application decides the partial waiver on APC.
Reviewer
Journal of Engineering Research and Application’s (JERA) Editorial Selection Board will decide whether or not to partially waive the Article Processing Charge (APC) for any submitted article in which the Reviewer is directly involved as a Principal Author.
Author
The Journal of Engineering Research and Application’s editorial board will decide whether or not to waive the article processing charge (APC) based on the quality of the research submitted and the author’s country of origin (developing or underdeveloped).
Editor
For any submitted article in which the Editor/Associate Editor/Guest Editor is directly involved as a Principal Author and/or in case of any article recommended by an Editor/Associate Editor /Guest Editor, the Editorial Selection Committee of the Journal of Engineering Research and Application decides the partial waiver on APC.
