Terms and Conditions

By submitting either an initial or final submission, the corresponding author signifies and warrants agreement to all of the following terms on behalf of all co-authors:

• Any email sent to or received from the Journal of Engineering Research and Application (JERA) will be treated as confidential and its contents will not be published, distributed, or otherwise made available in any form, including print or electronic media.
• All work contained within the submission has been written by the submitting author(s) and has not been previously published, broadcast, televised, or otherwise made available to the public in any form without the appropriate written permission and copyright owner's permission notices where required.
• The author(s) are aware that JERA (jera.co.in) has an online ISSN of 2583-3987.
• The author(s) acknowledge that any impact factor, ranking, or similar metric associated with JERA is provided by third-party agencies, and that JERA is not responsible for errors in that process; the author(s) will not make a claim against JERA arising from indexing or ranking.
• The author(s) and co-authors certify that they have obtained approval to publish the paper in JERA from their respective academic institutions, companies, and/or project guides, supervisors, and/or research committees, where applicable.
• Before submitting the manuscript, the author(s) confirm that all necessary permissions have been obtained from all other authors.
• If corrections are requested more than three days after a manuscript has been published, the author agrees to pay the post-publication correction charge under JERA's policy (a one-time request only).
• If a claim of copyright infringement is filed and found valid against a published article in the future, the author(s) agree that JERA has the right to remove the article from its index immediately, and will not seek restitution or take legal action against JERA or named individuals as a result.
• All responsibility for the content of published articles rests solely with the authors. JERA does not necessarily agree with the opinions expressed in published articles.
• JERA submissions undergo a peer review process intended to assess originality, relevance to the field, and usefulness to readers. The editorial decision is final.
• All articles in a published issue remain the property of the Journal. Reproduction of published material, in whole or in part, in any medium, is permissible with proper citation of the original publication.
