The articles published in the Journal of Engineering Research and Application are freely available online to anyone interested in reading them. Access to the full texts of the articles in this journal is free for anybody who wants to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to them. The BOAI  has deemed this to be consistent with their concept of open access.
